About the Role We’re looking for a talented Product Designer (UX & UI) to join our established Product Design team at Wealthify. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced UI/interaction designer who’s eager to learn and develop in UX, to become a well-rounded product designer. You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team of UX designers, where you’ll be supported and mentored as you take ownership of the visual craft – designing elegant, accessible, and intuitive experiences that bring our brand to life. As part of a small but growing team, the desire to aim high to deliver the best for our users is essential, working hard and having fun along the way. The role: You’ll design end-to-end product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to polished UI You’ll bring a high level of craft to interface design, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency Help map out user journeys and support the creation of wireframes and prototypes Work closely with our UX designers, developers, and product owners in an agile, cross-functional team Contribute to our design system, creating and maintaining scalable components and patterns Design intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability and accessibility Present and communicate your work clearly to stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goals Own and evolve the visual design of our digital products, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution Be open to feedback, keen to learn, and proactive in seeking mentorship from our experienced UX team Things you’ll need: Proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio that showcases strong UI and visual design Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design A keen interest in UX and a desire to grow your skills in user research, flows, and interaction design An appreciation for accessibility and inclusive design principles Collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams Strong communication skills – able to present and explain design decisions with clarity Why Join Us?
