About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Product Designer (UX & UI) to join our established Product Design team at Wealthify. This exciting opportunity is perfect for an experienced UI/interaction designer who’s eager to learn and develop in UX, to become a well-rounded product designer. You’ll be joining a collaborative and experienced team of UX designers, where you’ll be supported and mentored as you take ownership of the visual craft – designing elegant, accessible, and intuitive experiences that bring our brand to life.
As part of a small but growing team, the desire to aim high to deliver the best for our users is essential, working hard and having fun along the way.
The role:
- You’ll design end-to-end product experiences, from early concepts and user flows to polished UI
- You’ll bring a high level of craft to interface design, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Help map out user journeys and support the creation of wireframes and prototypes
- Work closely with our UX designers, developers, and product owners in an agile, cross-functional team
- Contribute to our design system, creating and maintaining scalable components and patterns
- Design intuitive user interfaces that balance aesthetics with usability and accessibility
- Present and communicate your work clearly to stakeholders, balancing user needs with business goals
- Own and evolve the visual design of our digital products, ensuring consistency and high-quality execution
- Be open to feedback, keen to learn, and proactive in seeking mentorship from our experienced UX team
Things you’ll need:
- Proven experience in digital product design, with a portfolio that showcases strong UI and visual design
- Solid understanding of design systems and component-based design
- A keen interest in UX and a desire to grow your skills in user research, flows, and interaction design
- An appreciation for accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working in agile, cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills – able to present and explain design decisions with clarity
