Role Overview
Wealthify is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Creative Designer with a strong background in both graphic design and video creation/editing. This role requires a highly creative individual who can lead and innovate in digital advertising, particularly across social media and Google Ads platforms, while maintaining brand consistency. You will also be experienced in printed media, comfortable working to a range of specifications. You will be responsible for producing all marketing collateral in a busy team working closely with our Creative lead in marketing and reporting into our Head of Design. You can expect to work on product marketing and brand campaigns across multiple channels and mediums. The right candidate will be self-driven, reactive, and capable of working with minimal direction to deliver high-quality content rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceive, design, and produce platform-specific content, including videos, reels, stories, and carousels tailored to each platform's audience and algorithm.
- Collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to propose innovative solutions and ideas for marketing campaigns.
- Create and optimize ad creatives for social media and Google Ads (including YouTube), utilizing data insights to improve performance.
- Create brand content for use on our website and app, including banners and other creatives.
- Operate cameras and other video/audio equipment to shoot content (an advantage).
- Create and edit high-quality video content from conception to completion, including working with the team on brainstorming ideas, writing scripts, and developing storyboards.
- Assist and mentor a junior product designer in marketing-related tasks.
- Communicate and influence effectively across all levels of the organisation.
- Build influential relationships across marketing and product to achieve consistency and improved results.
- Confident in leading workshops and research initiatives.
- Help improve the consistency of the Wealthify brand across multiple channels and platforms.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to maintain relevant and effective content.
- Understand the importance of data and use this to inform decisions.
- Own and evolve the Wealthify brand design architecture in a stable, consistent way across multiple channels and platforms.
- Provide structure and organisation of design files that can be accessed and used by the rest of the design team.
- Strong organisation and productivity - creating high quality assets that maintain a fresh creative presence in the market.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (including Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro or equivalent video editing software.
- Skilled in Figma.
- Proven experience working with social media and Google Ads ad formats.
- Strong design skills paired with creativity and a sharp eye for brand consistency.
- Self-driven, proactive, and able to deliver quality work with minimal guidance.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills at varied organisational levels.
Qualifications
Relevant degree or professional qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
