Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its London-based team.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
  • Support the execution of M&A, capital markets, and other strategic advisory transactions.
  • Prepare client presentations, pitch books, information memoranda, and management materials.
  • Conduct financial analysis, industry research, and company valuation to support live transactions and business development.
  • Work closely with senior bankers and clients throughout all stages of the deal execution process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or a related advisory environment.
  • Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
