Vice President in City of London

Our client, a leading global private equity fund, is seeking an experienced and driven Investment Vice President to join their London team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the evaluation and execution of new investment opportunities.
• Oversee end-to-end deal processes, including due diligence, financial modelling, structuring, and negotiations.
• Develop high-quality investment papers and present recommendations to the Investment Committee.
• Drive strategic and operational initiatives across portfolio companies in collaboration with management teams.
• Support junior team members through mentorship and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking (M&A) or a similar investment-focused environment.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical skills.
• Proven track record managing transactions and leading workstreams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
