What is the role?
As a Technical Product Owner at Wealth Dynamix, you will play a crucial role in the consulting team, gathering and managing business requirements from clients while enhancing our product offerings. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded, all while facilitating effective communication between clients and our internal teams.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary touchpoint for clients, managing all aspects of the project and relationship to ensure client satisfaction. Act as the communicator and facilitator between Wealth Dynamix and our clients, addressing their needs and concerns effectively.
- Requirements Management: Document business requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria, managing the Product Backlog for client projects. Conduct high-level and detailed Sprint Planning sessions in collaboration with the Development team.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Wealth Dynamix and Microsoft Dynamics products to effectively guide development effort. Work closely with developers to deliver software solutions that align with client needs and expectations.
- Quality Assurance: Define, execute, and manage testing phases to ensure high-quality deliverables. Facilitate client-facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support as required.
- Support and Liaison: Provide expert product knowledge and advice to support existing customers. Collaborate with delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes.

Who is best suited to this role?
- Communication Skills: Excellent document writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience in using SCRUM/Agile methodology for developing complex software solutions.
- Business Analysis Experience: 5+ years of strong business analysis experience demonstrated in relevant industries or sectors. Strategic analysis and planning experience, with a focus on business case formulation and benefits realization.
- Technical Background: Experience working in a technical environment, with knowledge of software development processes and best practices.
- API Integration: Hands-on experience with API integration, ensuring seamless connectivity between systems.
- Project Management: Experience managing multiple software projects, including previous experience handling at least two software implementations.
- SaaS Experience: Familiarity with SaaS products and cloud-based software solutions.
- ETL & Data Processing: Experience working with ETL tools such as Talend and familiarity with Azure Data Factory.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Wealth Management industry or a related field is highly desirable. Experience working in the banking or wealth management sector is a strong plus. Understanding of insurance products is beneficial.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships at a senior stakeholder level, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
