Wealth Dynamix is a leading FinTech firm helping wealth management and private banking clients with innovative digital CLM solutions. We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior Technical Customer Success Manager to support onboarding, training, and platform support for our global client base.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new clients and implement new features, ensuring smooth transition and high satisfaction.
- Support client data import and configuration of Wealth Dynamix platform based on client needs.
- Run product demonstrations for prospects and existing clients.
- Collaborate with product team to stay up to date with new features and updates.
- Maintain knowledge base articles, help sections, and training materials.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Technical Customer Success Manager.
- Interest in FinTech/Wealth Management; genuine curiosity to learn industry.
- Stakeholder management: work effectively with internal & external partners.
- Professional bilingual English & French.
