What you will do? The Junior BA at Wealth Dynamix plays a key role in supporting the consulting and delivery teams to ensure the successful gathering, documentation, and management of business requirements for client projects. Positioned between the graduate role and the Functional Consultant position, this role focuses on developing expertise in both business analysis and project delivery within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The Junior Functional Consultant is involved in all stages of project delivery, from gathering client requirements to supporting go-live, while gaining in depth knowledge of the WDX1 platform and Microsoft Dynamics products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements & Analysis: Work alongside the consulting team to gather, document, and manage business requirements from clients. Attend and actively contribute to client meetings, acting as a representative of Wealth Dynamix. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Product Knowledge Development: Build an expert understanding of WDX1 and Microsoft Dynamics products to ensure effective project delivery. Use this knowledge to support existing clients by providing advice and product insights.
  • Project Delivery & Testing: Assist in the management of the Product Backlog for client projects, ensuring it aligns with client requirements. Collaborate with developers to ensure software is delivered according to client needs. Support the execution and management of test phases, ensuring software meets quality standards.
  • Client Engagement & Support: Contribute to client-facing activities, such as sprint playbacks, UAT sessions, and go-lives support. Support project go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions for clients.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the delivery and development teams to ensure adherence to core product development processes.
