Site Based: Atherstone Industrial Estate
Working Hours: full time - Tues to Sat or Sun to Thurs.

About The Role
As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for delivering real‑time integrated operational plans across multiple factories. Your role includes ensuring labour, produce, packaging, equipment, and transport are optimally utilised to achieve maximum yield and cost efficiency. Managing daily operations, analysing variances, and fostering cross‑functional collaboration to meet our high standards of quality and on‑time delivery will be your key focus.
Operations Planner Requirements
- Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline
- Experience working within a complex FMCG manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ‘Just in Time’ principles
- Proficiency with IT systems, including ERP and SQL
