Position: Ledger Administrator – Greenford. Hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, office based. Salary: Up to £30,000 DOE.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting activities
  • Process invoices accurately
  • Reconcile accounts with attention to detail
  • Liaise professionally with suppliers and customers
  • Ensure all ledger processes are completed efficiently and within deadlines
  • Maintain smooth operation of financial transactions

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a sales ledger or purchase ledger role within a high-volume FMCG environment
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and data entry at an intermediate to advanced level
