The Role

As a Stock Controller, you will keep all sites stocked with packaging and labels, ensuring production is continuous. The key responsibilities will include:

  • Booking in new arrivals of packaging.
  • Completing intake sheets.
  • Taking in daily stock of all packaging items and managing supply.
  • Daily removal of unwanted stock from the Packhouse.
  • Recording of movements of stock to the main Packhouse.
  • Weekly stock count on trays, labels and packaging items.
  • Recording packaging movement between sites, accompanied with a signed delivery note.
  • Ensuring general tidiness of the packaging store.
  • Communicating with the production tams on all sites.
  • To build relationships with account managers to ensure we get the very best from suppliers.
  • Keeping on top of new and ongoing promotions.
