Are you passionate about food safety and compliance? We are looking for a Compliance Supervisor to join our forward thinking, robust team operating in our high volume FMCG environment, based in Hayes, Middlesex. The right person will be agile, adaptable and an ambitious Compliance Supervisor who can ensure our operations meet the highest food safety, hygiene and regulatory standards.
Compliance Supervisor duties in summary:
- Ensure HSE and food safety compliance training plan implemented.
- Maintain and monitor compliance plans for HSE and Hygiene management systems.
- Ensure update Risk Assessments
- Oversee day-to-day HSE and Hygiene operations
- Conduct site audits and safety inspections to monitor compliance.
- Implement environmental policies and strategies
- Communicate effectively to meet compliance targets.
- Investigate all accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full Time, 5 shifts, 10 hours.
Location: Hayes, Middlesex
Compliance Supervisor requirements:
- NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in food manufacturing / processing environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a Health and Safety focused role.
- Familiarity with the principles of chilled food manufacturing.
- Previous experience in the FMCG sector is desirable
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
