Learning Manager

£27,693 – £29,746

Location in and around West Yorkshire, with hybrid working available.

The WEA is the UK\’s largest voluntary sector provider of adult education, a charity dedicated to bringing high quality, professional education into the heart of communities. We believe that all adults, regardless of their situation, should have access to education.

Responsibilities

  • As the Learning Manager, ensure that all learning and project delivery is completed to a high standard in line with KPIs and compliance expectations.
  • Report to the Learning Team Leader and work collaboratively with Contracts, Partnerships, Enrolment and Teaching to ensure that all aspects of the course are delivered successfully, providing a positive learning journey for all learners.
  • Engage with stakeholders to support delivery of the role\’s key deliverables and performance measures (as listed in the full role profile).
