As the HR Systems Reporting Specialist, you will take ownership of WEA's i Trent HR system and unlock its full potential, over a year on from go-live.

This role will extend employee and manager self-service, introduce automation to cut manual HR administration, and build a trusted reporting function – covering statutory returns, Df E reporting and a monthly people dashboard – so WEA can make confident, data-led people decisions.
