WEA are looking for a talented HR Systems & Reporting Specialist to own the i Trent HR system and unlock its full potential, over a year on from go-live, in Leeds, with hybrid working.

This role will extend employee and manager self-service, introduce automation to cut manual HR administration, and build a trusted reporting function—covering statutory returns, Df E reporting and a monthly people dashboard—to enable data-led people decisions.
