What you’ll be doing:

  • Building strong client relationships and becoming their go-to point of contact
  • Leading the smooth delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality expectations are met
  • Offering strategic insights to shape client programmes and drive innovation
  • Collaborating with a talented cross-functional team including Medical Writers, Project Managers, and Designers
  • Supporting junior team members and contributing to the agency’s continued success
