We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join a fast-paced and growing sales team. This role is responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales activity, converting enquiries into customers, and driving revenue growth across existing and new accounts.

In this position, you will play a key role across the full sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closing deals, while consistently delivering an excellent customer experience and building long-term relationships. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a target-focused environment and enjoys working with both new and existing customers.

In the role, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, emails, and telesales activity, as well as responding to inbound enquiries across phone, email, live chat, and other channels. You will qualify leads, identify conversion opportunities, and manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to order completion.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and prospects will be essential, alongside presenting tailored product and service solutions based on customer needs. You will also ensure accurate maintenance of CRM and ERP systems, keeping all activity fully tracked and up to date. Following up on leads and nurturing opportunities through the sales pipeline will form a key part of your day-to-day activity.
