WE Talent is delighted to assist our client in recruiting a Sales Advisor for their Oxford showroom! As our client continues to grow their national presence, they are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to represent a well-established brand and play a key role in delivering exceptional service.
Salary: Β£25,500 per annum + achievable monthly commission to boost earnings further up to Β£32,000 per annum
Location: Oxford
Contract: Full-time and part-time opportunities available (will include weekend shifts)

The Sales Assistant will:
- Maximise sales opportunities on the showroom floor and by telephone through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Deliver an exceptional customer journey, using expert product knowledge and a warm, engaging approach.
- Demonstrate products clearly, showcasing features and benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
- Ensure the showroom is always presented to a high standard, following merchandising and promotional guidelines.
- Contribute to commercial decisions using customer feedback and sales reports.
- Develop an awareness of local market trends to assist the sales process.
- Work closely with the team to maintain operational standards and minimise loss.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service (showroom or similar environment preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, proactive attitude with the drive to achieve targets.
- Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of the rota.
