We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant & Office Administrator to join the team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a varied hybrid role where you will provide executive support to senior leadership, assist with people-related administration, and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. It would suit someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys balancing multiple priorities. There is potential for this role to become permanent.
Key Responsibilities- Manage senior leadership calendars and inboxes, including drafting communications
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process expenses for executives
- Provide ad hoc personal and administrative support
- Support internal communications across the business
- Coordinate and prepare materials for company-wide meetings, including All-Hands
- Organise executive travel (UK and international) and event logistics
- Support company-wide events such as social events and internal initiatives
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and weekly orders
- Manage office-related queries and maintenance requests
- Coordinate health & safety checks
- Assist with HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
- Coordinate interviews and recruitment scheduling
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including gifting and events
- Maintain internal systems and company information resources
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PA / EA or Office Administrator role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively
- Confident communicator across all levels
- High level of discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- Experience supporting or coordinating All-Hands meetings
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams
- Experience working across multiple time zones
- Exposure to HR or people-related administration
- Experience in a high-growth or tech-led environment
