Responsibilities- Manage and develop trade customer relationships.
- Handle enquiries via phone, email, and face‑to‑face.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and invoices, and support after‑sales queries.
- Generate new business through proactive outbound calling, develop existing accounts, and build strong relationships with workshops and trade customers.
- Contribute to stock control and inventory processes while promoting product availability, offers, and campaigns.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Sales Advisor in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts.
- Experience in sales or telesales.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Well‑organised, customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Advantageous: experience within Porsche or specialist automotive environments, B2B trade sales background, and a commercially driven, target‑focused mindset.
