Due to continued expansion, they are looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational delivery of multiple live projects while helping shape the next phase of the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has progressed from a site-based background into operational leadership and is looking to play a key role within a fast-growing business where they can genuinely influence how projects are delivered.
This is a varied role, combining strategic planning with hands-on operational management. You will divide your time between the office and project sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.
The Role:
- As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of multiple installation and construction projects from mobilisation through to completion.
- Working closely with commercial, project and site teams, you will be responsible for planning resources, managing programmes, supporting site teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
