The Role
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring a high level of service is delivered at all times. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, and external stakeholders, helping to coordinate projects, resolve queries, and maintain accurate records and reporting. The position would suit someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple priorities while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Coordinating and tracking ongoing projects and works
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and external stakeholders
- Reviewing documentation, quotations, invoices, and compliance-related information
- Producing client reports and updates
- Supporting the wider team with administrative and operational tasks
- Attending meetings and training sessions when required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within an Account Management, Customer Service, or Coordination role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Outlook
- A proactive and positive approach to work
- Experience within construction, engineering, facilities, property, or technical sectors would be advantageous
