Are you a talented Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer looking for an opportunity to build impactful software solutions across web and mobile platforms? We are seeking an ambitious developer to join a growing business based in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex, working closely with leadership teams to design, develop, and maintain internal systems, client portals, websites, dashboards, and automation tools that support business growth and efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of projects from concept through to deployment, working across the full stack and helping shape the future of the company’s technology platforms.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Building and maintaining full-stack applications across web and mobile platforms using Node.js, Express, React, and SQL databases.
  • Developing APIs and integrating with third-party systems, CRM platforms, communication tools, and automation software.
  • Creating secure, scalable business systems including portals, dashboards, reporting tools, and internal applications.
  • Maintaining and improving existing systems, including legacy applications, while ensuring clean code and smooth deployment processes.
  • Working closely with stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical software solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Express, React, SQL, and APIs.
  • Experience building full-stack applications from concept through to deployment with strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of security, authentication, version control, and development best practices.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Desirable Experience:

  • PHP, SaaS products, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, or mobile app development.
  • Experience with CRM integrations, telephony systems, dashboards, reporting tools, or communication platforms.
