We are supporting a growing Essex-based organisation in the appointment of an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join the business on an interim basis for an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a standalone HR role, offering the opportunity to embed within the organisation, strengthen the people function, and bring greater structure and consistency across HR processes and practices. There is potential for the role to extend or become permanent for someone seeking a longer-term opportunity.
Working closely with senior leadership, you will act as a trusted HR partner, supporting both operational and strategic HR activity during a period of organisational development and change. The role will particularly suit a confident HR generalist who is comfortable working autonomously and enjoys building effective people foundations within a growing environment.
