We are seeking a proactive Finance Business Partner to provide expert financial analysis, guidance, and support across the organisation. You will work closely with budget holders and strategic leads to drive informed decisions, maintain financial health, and contribute to management accounts, forecasting, and business planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial advice and analysis to non-financial colleagues
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Monitor budgets, income, expenditure, and variances
- Assist in financial strategy, year-end accounts, and business development analysis
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and procedures
Skills & Experience:
- Part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or equivalent (AAT)
- Strong Excel skills and financial analysis experience
- Experience presenting financial data to non-financial colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Agresso Financials or similar accounting software
- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups)
