Temporary Executive Assistant - Full Time | Chelmsford | On-Site | Parking Available

WE Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and two senior business leaders. This is a full-time, office-based role for approximately 4 weeks in Chelmsford with on-site parking provided.

We’re looking for a confident, discreet, and highly organised individual who has demonstrable experience supporting at CEO, Board, or Senior Leadership level within a corporate, mid-to-large sized organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-level confidential administrative support including inbox and calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence.

  • Preparing Board and committee reports, agendas, and accurate meeting minutes.

  • Managing complex schedules and coordinating internal and external meetings.

  • Supporting team administrative needs, including holiday and sickness tracking.

  • Leading and supporting on projects, research, and occasional event planning.

  • Maintaining communication across departments and developing effective working relationships.

  • Continuously seeking improvements to working practices and supporting a professional, efficient environment.

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple Directors or C-suite leaders.

  • Outstanding organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
