WE Talent is supporting an established and growing engineering and construction business in the search for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to lead the successful delivery of projects across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior operational leader with a strong background in construction project delivery to take ownership of a busy delivery function, leading both office-based and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and to the highest quality standards.
The Role
Reporting into the senior leadership team, you will oversee multiple live projects from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring resources are effectively planned, teams are supported and clients receive an exceptional service throughout the delivery process. You'll provide leadership across the project delivery function, managing office-based coordinators, pre-construction activities and operational site teams, while maintaining regular site visits and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Alongside day-to-day operational management, you'll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance processes.
