Temporary Executive Assistant - Full Time | Chelmsford | On-Site | Parking Available WE Talent is recruiting on behalf of a well-established business for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO and two senior business leaders.
This is a full-time, office-based role for approximately 4 weeks in Chelmsford with on-site parking provided.
We’re looking for a confident, discreet, and highly organised individual who has demonstrable experience supporting at CEO, Board, or Senior Leadership level within a corporate, mid-to-large sized organisation.
Key responsibilities include: Providing high-level confidential administrative support including inbox and calendar management, travel arrangements, expenses, and correspondence.
Preparing Board and committee reports, agendas, and accurate meeting minutes.
Managing complex schedules and coordinating internal and external meetings.
Supporting team administrative needs, including holiday and sickness tracking.
Leading and supporting on projects, research, and occasional event planning.
Maintaining communication across departments and developing effective working relationships.
Continuously seeking improvements to working practices and supporting a professional, efficient environment.
About you: Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting multiple Directors or C-suite leaders.
Outstanding organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Confident handling sensitive information and exercising sound judgement.
A natural relationship builder who remains calm and professional under pressure.
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
