WE Talent is supporting an organisation undergoing a significant transformation programme and is seeking a technically strong Business Analyst to support multiple strategic change workstreams. This role is heavily focused on delivering high-quality business and systems analysis, working across services and corporate functions to redesign processes, improve digital capability, and support evidence-led decision making. You will be working closely with the Head of Transformation in an integral role in the process. This is an exciting role where you can bring fresh ideas and work with autonomy.
The Role
- Lead business and systems analysis activity across change and improvement initiatives
- Map, analyse and redesign processes to drive efficiency, productivity and service improvement
- Elicit, define and translate business and technical requirements
- Analyse complex data and translate findings into clear insights and recommendations
- Support the design, testing and implementation of digital solutions
- Work closely with ICT teams and third-party suppliers to ensure systems are user-focused and fit for purpose
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions across multiple levels of the organisation
- Contribute to business cases, impact assessments and implementation planning
- Monitor the effectiveness of new systems and processes and recommend ongoing improvements
About You
- Have strong technical experience delivering Business Analysis within transformation, change or digital programmes
- Are confident working across multiple projects and stakeholder groups
- Have proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering and systems analysis
- Can translate technical information into clear, meaningful insights for business stakeholders
- Bring a collaborative, proactive approach and enjoy influencing positive change
- Have experience working with structured delivery methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall or hybrid approaches
Experience working within complex environments would be beneficial.
