We are working with a well-established business based on the outskirts of Colchester who are looking to recruit a Team Administrator to join their Operations Support team. This is a varied administrative role supporting internal teams across the business, including consultants, marketing and finance teams.
The Role
As Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support across the business. Duties will include:
- Handling incoming telephone calls and accurately directing enquiries
- Acting as a central support function for consultants, marketing and finance teams
- Inputting and maintaining accurate data on bespoke internal systems
- Preparing documents using standard templates in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proofreading reports and specifications for spelling, grammar and formatting prior to issue
- Providing general office administration support, including monitoring and ordering office consumables
- Building effective working relationships with colleagues across the business
What Weβre Looking For
- Previous office-based administration experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

Role Details
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am β 5:30pm
- Location: Outskirts of Colchester
- Working Pattern: Hybrid working (3 days office / 2 days from home, offered after completion of probation and training)
- Holiday: 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 30 days
