We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a busy and supportive team. This is a fully office-based role where you’ll act as the first point of contact for customers, providing a professional and helpful service across multiple channels.

You’ll manage enquiries via telephone, web chat and email, building strong relationships with clients while ensuring their questions and requests are handled efficiently and effectively. There will also be occasional opportunities to identify and upsell suitable products or services where appropriate.
