We’re working with an established business in Chelmsford that is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to take ownership of a wide range of marketing activity and help develop the company’s brand and communications.
You’ll be involved in everything from creating engaging content and managing social media, through to website updates, marketing campaigns and events. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure marketing activity is delivered effectively and consistently. There will also be an element of customer communications, including supporting customer feedback and communications around the services the business provides, ensuring messaging is clear, professional and aligned with the company’s values.

The role
- Create engaging content across digital channels, including social media and the company website
- Support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Coordinate marketing activity and events

About you
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in marketing, communications or a similar role
- Has strong written communication skills and enjoys creating engaging content
- Is confident using digital marketing channels, including social media and websites
- Is organised, accurate and comfortable managing a varied workload
- Can confidently work with different teams and external contacts
- Has a proactive, hands-on approach and is happy working independently
- Is keen to learn, develop and take on more responsibility
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in the quality of their work
Experience within financial services or insurance would be useful but is not essential.
What’s on offer?
- £28,000 – £35,000 salary, depending on experience
- 4-day working week – Monday to Thursday, 8am–5pm
