With a growing presence across Asia, the company combines advanced automation technology and expert human management to deliver measurable results for clients across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
They are now seeking an experienced Google Shopping Manager to take ownership of campaign performance, lead optimisation strategies, and drive measurable growth. This role offers clear progression, with the opportunity to lead client relationships and eventually build and manage a regional team of 35 specialists once fully established in the role. The position is fully remote and involves close collaboration with UK-based teams and international clients. Exceptional English communication and confidence in video and audio meetings are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the strategy, setup, and optimisation of Google Shopping and paid media campaigns for international retail brands
- Manage and maintain product data feeds in Google Merchant Center
- Analyse campaign data to identify insights, trends, and optimisation opportunities to improve ROI and sales performance
- Oversee budget allocation and performance management across multiple accounts and product lines
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and growth insights to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with UK and Asia teams to ensure consistent delivery and campaign success
- Once settled in, act as the primary client contact, delivering performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations
- Over time, lead and mentor a team of 35 regional specialists to support campaign operations and client growth
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with strong focus on Google Shopping
- Proven proficiency with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimisation
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills
- Confident conducting video and audio meetings with international colleagues and clients
- Strong analytical mindset with commercial acumen and attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for performance reporting and analysis
- Experience with Performance Max, Facebook Ads, or other paid media channels is a plus
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently
- Passionate about eCommerce, digital advertising, and performance marketing
