The Role
This is a work-from-home position for an English-speaking professional with strong communication skills. You will collaborate closely with senior UK-based colleagues and clients, with regular video and audio calls as part of your day-to-day role. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising Google Shopping and PPC campaigns, improving product feeds, and driving measurable growth for retail clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, manage, and optimise Google Shopping campaigns
- Configure and enhance product feeds within Google Merchant Center
- Use Google Ads and the company’s internal platform to monitor and manage performance
- Analyse campaign data to identify trends, improve ROI, and drive sales
- Allocate budgets strategically across products and campaigns
- Prepare and deliver performance reports and actionable insights
- Communicate updates and progress to internal teams in the UK and Asia
- Once established, liaise directly with English-speaking clients to discuss campaign results and recommendations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience managing Google Shopping or PPC campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google Merchant Center
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency (2+ years preferred)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Confident in video and audio calls with international clients
- Analytical, commercially aware, and proactive in solving problems
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
- Interest in eCommerce, retail media, and digital performance marketing
- Experience with Facebook Ads is an advantage
