The Corporate Account & Supply manager will strategically and commercially manage our corporate clients utilising our expertise and knowledge for any professional accommodation requirements, ensuring the client feels valued through delivery, communication and general management. Part of this role will also be to support the acquisition of new clients through networking and business development, as well as the account management element of existing relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness and confidence working with pricing, margins, commissions and negotiated rates to ensure profitable delivery of corporate bookings. You will also combine market intelligence with professionalism in generating a database of potential properties and partners that can support in our corporate outreach and delivery. Creating and nurturing key relationships with property landlords and suppliers to allow Pro Stay to move quickly when a client request comes in. This role is based at our head office in Quorn, Leicestershire, but will involve regular travel to visit clients, attend networking events and to view properties that could be added to our portfolio for corporate stays.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain a corporate pipeline aligned to company targets, keeping a rolling prospect list updated in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the wider team to generate high-quality leads to grow the Pro Stay brand.
- Partner with Marketing to design and deliver client-facing campaigns and materials targeting high-value clients and existing or potential external properties.
- Educate clients on the value of our offering compared to the generic hotel stay.
- Share regular pipeline reports with the SLT, incorporating market research and competitor insights to inform decision-making.
- Work with OTAs and third parties to generate leads and income for the company.
- Use commercial knowledge and market experience to generate pricing that is appealing to the client and in line with profitability targets for the company.
- Ensure external properties meet legal, regulatory, and internal standards; flag risks early and lead mitigation actions.
- Negotiate rates with accommodation suppliers to ensure it stays within the client budget and fits into the We Stay/Pro Stay target market.
