We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with special educational needs in a school setting within the Redbridge area. This role involves working closely with teaching staff to support students’ learning, development, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN.
- Support students with learning, emotional, and behavioural needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities.
- Encourage pupil engagement, independence, and positive behaviour.
- Support with personal care where required.
