Salary: £100 - £110 A DAY! (Depending on experience)

The Opportunity

We Staff Education are proud to be working with a well-established and inclusive SEN school in South Woodford. This school provides specialist education for pupils aged 4–19 years with Autism (ASC), Moderate to Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD). As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll be an essential part of a supportive and collaborative team, helping students develop confidence, independence, and key life skills. Each day will bring new challenges and rewarding moments as you work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure every student reaches their potential. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with additional needs.
  • Assist teachers in delivering creative, engaging, and inclusive lessons.
  • Encourage and promote confidence, communication, and independence.
  • Maintain a calm and positive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to meet individual learning goals.
