• Supporting the delivery of high-quality care in line with EYFS
• Assisting with planning and leading fun, engaging activities
• Supporting children\’s development through play
• Observing and recording progress
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers
• Ensuring a safe, stimulating learning environment
• Working collaboratively within a friendly team

This is a hands‑on role where energy, patience, and enthusiasm make all the difference.

👤 What They\’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification
• A caring and reliable approach
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework (or willingness to develop knowledge)
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
