Type: Part-Time Job Description We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking School Cleaner to join a school team and help maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment for pupils and staff.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring classrooms, communal areas and other school facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning classrooms, corridors, toilets and communal areas.
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces and high-touch areas.
- Ensuring cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely.
- Reporting any maintenance, health and safety or cleaning issues.
- Following school safeguarding, health and safety and cleaning procedures.
- Maintaining a professional and friendly approach while working around pupils and staff.
