We Staff is recruiting for administrators for an E-Commerce fulfilment centre in Basildon, the position is to support the Ecommerce department with administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth e-commerce order processing, coordinating healthcare kit preparation and admin, managing goods-in procedures, and tracking stock movements. This is a diverse role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, working across departments, and maintaining high standards in admin and logistics.

Location: Basildon
E-commerce Administrative Duties:
- answering the telephone
- resolving queries,
- responding to customers and suppliers & general admin
- E-commerce Administration
- Liaise with couriers for dispatches and track deliveries.
- Respond to customer queries regarding orders, returns, and inventory.
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and descriptions on WMS.
- Healthcare Kitting Admin
- Maintain accurate documentation for each batch of kits produced.
- Stock Movements & Inventory
- Monitor and record stock movements
- Assist with regular stock counts and reconciliation.
- Update internal inventory systems
- Identify low-stock items and raise alerts or purchase requests.
- Goods-In & Receiving
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality.
- Log goods-in data into stock management systems.
- Familiarity with stock control and inventory systems.
