What you'll be doing:
- Build and ship production-grade backend services and APIs in Python and FastAPI powering the AI features
- Develop the infrastructure and orchestration layer for agentic AI capabilities in the product
- Work deep in Postgres and ClickHouse to drive intelligent retrieval and AI-driven analysis
What they're looking for:
- 5–15 years backend engineering, with Python in production
- Expert-level Python and production API development — FastAPI or equivalent
- Columnar databases eg, ClickHouse, Redshift or Snowflake — or solid infrastructure/DevOps depth
- Has shipped production APIs you personally built and owned, not just maintained inherited corporate systems
- Has built or deployed AI/LLM features into production — agentic workflows, RAG, tool use
