This isn’t a role where AI is a buzzword — it’s the job. We’re hiring an AI Developer who wants to build, ship, and iterate on real AI solutions that drive measurable impact across a fast-moving business. You’ll have the freedom to experiment with the latest models, frameworks, and tools — and the autonomy to turn ideas into production-ready applications.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and products from concept through to production
- Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows that automate complex processes and enhance decision-making
- Engineer, test, and optimise prompts across generative AI applications for real-world use cases
- Prototype fast, learn faster — you’ll work in a culture that values experimentation over perfection
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and engineering teams to identify where AI can create the most value and integrate solutions into live workflows
- Stay hands-on with emerging AI technologies, models, and techniques — and bring what you learn back into the work
- Apply responsible AI practices, ensuring transparency, fairness, and governance are built in from the start
Requirements:
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering, AI architecture, or data science — with a track record of building AI applications that actually ship
- Strong working knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face
- Hands-on experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and deploying models into production environments
- Proficiency in Python, APIs, and AI-driven automation tooling
- The ability to look at a business problem and see where AI can solve it — not just technically, but practically
- Experience collaborating across product, commercial, and engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions
- A genuine curiosity for what’s next in AI — you experiment because you want to, not because you’re told to
