Hugely Successful AI Data Platform based in London, are looking for an AI Developer. This isn't a role where AI is a buzzword — it's the job. We're hiring an AI Developer who wants to build, ship, and iterate on real AI solutions that drive measurable impact across a fast-moving business. What you'll be doing:
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and products from concept through to production.
- Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows that automate complex processes and enhance decision-making.
- Engineer, test, and optimise prompts across generative AI applications for real-world use cases.
- Prototype fast, learn faster — you'll work in a culture that values experimentation over perfection.
- Collaborate with product, commercial, and engineering teams to identify where AI can create the most value and integrate solutions into live workflows.
- Stay hands-on with emerging AI technologies, models, and techniques — and bring what you learn back into the work.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as an AI/ML Engineer (ideally with prior search experience).
- Ideally Founding AI Engineer or Startup experience.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs (e.g., prompt engineering, RAG patterns) and creating production AI features or exposure to traditional ML models.
- Familiarity with agentic frameworks (e.g., Pydantic AI, LangChain) and solid SQL skills.
- Prior search-based experience (e.g., complex RAG, semantic search) and experience with vector databases / embedding-based retrieval.
- Experience at a data-centric company (e.g., healthtech, fintech, marketplaces).
- Strong technical fundamentals with Python, embeddings, and vector databases.
Paying up to £140k + Equity. London Office Visit very minimal.
