Job Description:
- Own problems end to end — talk to users, decide what matters, design, ship, and measure
- Build systems that turn voice notes, photos, and videos into finished reports — without being annoying
- Engineer how we feed context to AI models: storing, fetching, and selecting standards, reports, media, and user intent
- Evolve our workflow builder — think Retool meets Webflow meets n8n, for inspections
- Design the architecture: how unstructured data flows through the system, how AI integrates, how offline and online stay seamless, and how the product stays simple as it gets more powerful
Essential Skills:
- 4+ years full-stack experience, ideally with TypeScript, NextJS, and NestJS
- Thrives in high-ownership environments — you've built things from scratch, not just maintained them
- Startup experience or a track record of operating with speed and autonomy
- Strong technical foundations, ideally from a top university (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, etc.)
- Bonus: founding experience or early-stage startup background — you know what zero to one feels like
Based in London and excited to be in the office five days a week.
