High Growth AI Startup with Strong VC Backing based in London, are looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer or would suit a Fullstack Developer who wants to transition to a FDE.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and owning integrations with client data sources — APIs, SFTPs, and data pipelines that power reliable downstream processing
- Engaging directly with client technical teams and executives to scope, deliver, and present solutions
- Spinning up and improving customer-facing web UI portals and forms that support fast, reliable onboarding
- Working closely with internal operations teams to ensure integrations meet real-world operational requirements
- Spending 70–80% of your time building new integrations and systems from scratch
Requirements:
- 2–7 years in full-stack engineering with strong front-end exposure
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript (Next.js frontend, Node.js backend)
- Background at a high-growth startup or big tech company
- Degree from a top university (if less than 3 years out of university)
- Confident communicator, comfortable engaging executives and technical stakeholders directly
- Thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving, high-ownership environments
- Able to work 5 days a week from the London office
