This is a seed-stage, YC-backed insurtech Startup that is using AI to completely overhaul the insurance industry — and they are doing it with a modern TypeScript/Next.js/Node.js stack, a small senior engineering team, and serious backing from top-tier investors. Job Description
- Own new features end-to-end — from discovery and scoping with users through to full-stack implementation
- Work directly with operations and claims teams to build the AI-powered tools they need to succeed
- Spend the majority of your time (70–80%) building new products and systems from scratch
- Collaborate within a flat, agile engineering team to solve complex problems at pace
Requirements
- 2–7 years of experience as a full-stack engineer (Typescript/Next.js/Node.js)
- Proven track record of owning product features end-to-end, from ideation to launch
- Experience building AI-adjacent features such as document processing, email automation, or voice/calling pipelines would be nice to have
- Must be able to work 5 days a week from the London office
