We Source Talent in London is helping a stealth-stage AI Insurtech recruit a Founding GTM to build the go-to-market engine from scratch. You’ll work from Vauxhall, London, five days a week in the office, collaborating directly with the founders.
You’ll run outbound, own full-cycle sales to the top brokers, attend industry events, and shape the GTM tooling and pipeline. This is the first commercial hire, with the chance to define the entire GTM function.
