What you'll do:
- Design and build scalable backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure from the ground up
- Ship full-stack features directly to customers
- Define architecture and engineering standards as we scale
- Partner with our CTO and CEO on product and technical strategy
- Own infrastructure health and reliability
- Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years building production systems in the cloud with strong engineering fundamentals
- Track record of shipping products end-to-end
- Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership
- Collaborative team player who drives initiatives forward independently
Paying up to £150,000 plus Equity. Hybrid.
