A London model agency representing diverse talent across fashion, editorial, commercial and advertising. They work with some of the biggest names in global fashion are looking for a friendly and organised Executive Assistant.
Small, tight-knit and deliberately not corporate.
You’ll report directly to the two owners. This isn’t an EA role where you sit outside an office managing one diary. You’ll be in the middle of everything: the models, the bookings, the clients, the chaos. No two days land the same way.
What you’ll be doing:
- Working directly alongside the two founders as their right hand across the whole business
- Looking after the models day to day
- Managing bookings and the diary, keeping castings, shoots and call times running to the minute for some of the most recognisable brands in fashion
- Arranging accommodation and travel for talent coming in and out of London
- Being a voice on the phoneKeeping the admin watertight across Office and Excel, so nothing slips
- 1–3 years in a similar role — EA, booker, talent or agency support within media, fashion or entertainment. You know the rhythm and you know the protocol
- Personality is the job. Warm, quick, unflappable, and fierce when something needs pushing through
- No degree required. We care what you’ve done and how you handle people, not where you studied
- Organised to the point of irritating, because a missed detail is a missed booking
- Experienced with Microsoft Office
- Comfortable in an informal, fast, non-corporate environment where you’re trusted to get on with it
The offer: £45,000, full-time, 5 days a week in the office, 20 days holiday a year, and a seat beside the two people who built the agency.
