With 300+ paying VC and PE clients and roughly 60% of the way to £10M ARR, this is a rare chance to build the entire post-sales engine from scratch alongside the founders. If you're commercially sharp, genuinely AI-driven, and never satisfied with 'good enough' — read on.

  • Execute a true 360 account management motion: renewals, cross-sells, and upsells.
  • Leverage AI tools to manage and prioritise a large book of business and surface revenue opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Build repeatable post-sales processes and frameworks from the ground up, hand-in-hand with the founders.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years in B2B SaaS Account Management, managing £20k+ ACV accounts.
  • Financial services experience a strong plus.
  • Track record managing 100+ accounts with full retention and upsell ownership.
  • A genuinely AI-driven sales approach — you already use AI products in your day-to-day.
  • Experience selling to or managing financial services/investor clients.
  • Technical fluency with data/SaaS products — you can diagnose value gaps and speak credibly to sophisticated buyers.
  • Polished, executive presence with the gravitas to hold the room with senior investment professionals.

Up to £150k OTE — uncapped commission (10% on closed upsells + retention bonuses). Founding role with direct access to, and mentorship from, the CEO and founders. A seat at a profitable, product-led company scaling a brand-new vertical (IB/PE) in a prime Mayfair office.
